- We currently ship within the United States only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- We use trusted and insured carriers, including: UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail
- The carrier may vary depending on your location and the value of your order.
4. Delivery Time

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: Delivery method selected, Customer’s shipping address, Package weight and insurance
- Orders over $1.000.000 may qualify for free shipping
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Link to track your package online
- You can track your order at any time using the tracking link sent to your email.
7. Secure Packaging
- All watches are shipped in:
- Original branded packaging
- Protective outer layers
- Insurance coverage during transit
- Every shipment is fully insured for the full retail value to ensure maximum safety.
8. Delivery Requirements
- For security reasons:
- A signature may be required upon delivery, especially for high-value watches.
- The courier may request an ID to confirm the recipient’s identity.
- We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses(due to insurance restrictions)
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- 1.Contact us within 48 hours at support@karlwatchclub.com
- 2.We will open an investigation with the carrier
- 3.After confirmation, we will replace or refund your order
- All claims require:
- Photos of packaging and product
- Tracking number
- Proof of purchase
10. Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.KarlWatchClub is not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
- If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately — changes may only be possible if the order has not yet shipped.
